Phase 1 — Foundation & Structural Works (2025–2027)

This foundational phase focuses on site preparation, excavation, and structural construction of Sandy Land's 14-floor framework. It includes deep piling, foundation slabs, and reinforced concrete structures to ensure strength and seismic safety.
